it works.
A
Church Liaison will volunteer to bring baby bottles
to your church on a date that your church
has agreed upon and coordinated with CMPS.

The best time is determined by the church calendar
•
January is good because it coordinates with the Sanctity
of Human Life Sunday
• Mother’s
Day
• Father’s
Day
• October-Respect
Life month
The
baskets of baby bottles are delivered and will
stay at the church for 3 weeks and 4 Sundays
The
baby bottles are plastic and colorful and are delivered
in a basket lined with a baby blanket.
An
announcement is placed in the bulletin and a verbal
announcement is made from the pulpit
to encourage your congregation to fill baby bottles
with spare change and return them to the church
The
Church Liaison will help church members to “check out” their baby bottle
Church
members take the bottles home or to work with them
to collect change and as a reminder
to pray for the safety and salvation of mothers and
their unborn children
The
Church Liaison brings returned bottles to the CMPS
weekly
At
the end of the Campaign, the Church Liaison will
make phone calls to individuals who
have not returned their bottles. (You may also give
your list to CMPS and they will provide a gentle
reminder to return the bottles)
The
small change turns into thousands of dollars and
the dollars turns into blessings for
young adults, families, and babies in our community.
CMPS
will count the money and prepare an announcement
for your church bulletin
